As I close my eyes tight
Your face comes into view.
I'm standing in the night
And looking right at you.

The shadow consumes me
And you walk in the light.
Now it's easy to see
You're an amazing sight.

As you reach out your arm,
The darkness fades away,
And I feel out of harm
As you take me away.

Our bodies are entwined
As we dance beneath the stars
And lose all track of time
While forgetting who we are.

Although we can not last
You're still my perfect guy.
But time flies far too fast
And we must say good-bye.

The sun shines in my eyes
As my room comes into view.
Whenever daylight dies,
I'm always dreaming of you.
