I SEE YOU EVERYWHERE
Author: Joyce Hemsley & John William McGrath III
Whenever we meet, the hours are sweet,
such joy floats on air and life is complete.
We speak of love and of roses
and the feelings within our heart,
we think of where our spirit poses
and we thrill to Cupid and his dart.
And I see you everywhere
in the store, on the shore,
just a figment of my brain,
Everywhere you're there
in my dream, in my prayer
in the meadows and lane.
Whenever we meet, we have dancing feet
and we waltz on the air to music so sweet,
We speak of mounting passion
and the glory and bliss of a kiss,
we look on others with compassion
for they may not know love such as this.
Now I see you everywhere
at morning noon and night
This is a love quite insane!
You are my "sea and sand"
and I see your stature grand
before me ~ once again.
