My heart is filled with passion
That my smile can't contain,
And the lullaby of its love song,
Ever sings a sweet refrain.

Then there's that rush of warmth I feel
When I don't know just what to say,
When I stumble over the simple words
I once uttered every day.

Still each day I count my blessings
For what we share and what we do,
And I'll never forget the simple words
