Our love was once
a "crazy game" -
magical explosion;
gradually burning
a calmer flame,
promising years of
loyal devotion.

With tenderness
hearts were aglow;
poetry in motion!
Passion flourished
kisses too...love
wide as the ocean.

"Togetherness"
the calmer flame
told of love sincere.
One day we'll wake
to the last Amen;
and the angels
will dry our tears.
