Or felt the cool ground tickle your feet?
Has the moonlight ever shone on your face
As perfectly as it does in this place?

Have you ever seen such a beautiful night?
Have the stars ever shone so clear or so bright?
Has your smile ever been as heartbreaking-
Unaware of the pain it's making?

Do you even know how much I care?
Tonight there's love in the air-
I could say "I love you" tonight.
And who knows? I might...

But whether I do or whether I don't,
I can't let this feeling go- I won't!
This moment is so perfect,like a fantasy,
And I won't ever let it leave me.

I can see so much love in your eyes-
Your heart's emotions with no disguise.
I see the joy I feel, reflected in your face,
And in one blissful moment, I receive your embrace.

No matter what happens tomorrow-
Be it tears, pain, or sorrow-
Tonight we are in love,
