WE HAVE SEEN

Past fields of green we wander
and on grass of green we lie,
just two lonely people
my true love and I.
And as we travel onward
we see, up in the sky
a Cross all bright and golden
suspended way up high.
It lingers for a moment
then clouds obscure its view
but we have seen it
yes, we've seen it
shining from the Holy City
somewhere up in the Blue.
